Designed for an advertising executive and their family, this new construction home embraces a distinctly modern point of view. The client's desire for clean lines and uncompromising minimalism guided every design decision, resulting in interiors that are architecturally refined and profoundly functional.
Throughout the home, carefully selected materials reinforce the minimalist aesthetic while standing up to the demands of daily family life. In the kitchen, hardware-free Leicht cabinetry with tempered glass fronts creates a sleek, reflective surface complemented by ultra-durable Dekton countertops and sculptural pendant lighting. Primary bath spaces continue the modern language through floating vanities, waterfall-edge countertops, and the subtle translucency of 3form surfaces, while premium Dornbracht fixtures provide a consistent sense of understated luxury. The result is a home that demonstrates how rigorous modern minimalism can be both visually striking and highly functional, proving that clean aesthetics and everyday practicality are not mutually exclusive.
