At Wheelhouse Design, our team brings together different backgrounds, strengths, and ways of thinking, while sharing a common approach to the work. We listen carefully, communicate openly, and believe the best design solutions are discovered through collaboration with our clients and one another.

Jen Murrill
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & FOUNDER
Born and raised in Austin, educated in Architecture at the University of Texas, and professionally trained in both Architecture and Interior Design regionally and beyond, I seek the potential for beauty in all spaces.
I’m a mama, a creator, a space shifter, and a lover of world travel. I also enjoy a good karaoke night with friends… and camping. All of these experiences bring me joy, especially when I share them with others.

With five years of experience in residential design, I strive to create spaces that feel uniquely personal and authentic to each client. My creative inspiration is deeply rooted in my Mexican heritage and enriched by my travels, where I love immersing myself in the fabric of different cultures. I’m endlessly curious, always exploring new places, and continually inspired by even the smallest details in the world around me.
